The Junior Road Safety Officer scheme aims to promote road safety within your school community.

Two pupils (usually Y6) are selected for the posts and their task is to organise road safety initiatives

e.g. participating in themed assemblies, running competitions, and promoting road safety to the wider school community via newsletters, displays, posters or social media / internet.

The JRSOs are given 6 themes to choose from, one each term and carry out at least 3 of them.  A record of their activities is kept for submission to the council.
